Free Shipping applies on all artwork shipped rolled – original oil on canvas, original watercolors, limited edition prints and fine art prints. Safest and most economical way to ship Large Scale Art in a tube up to 72″ long.
What are your Shipping Costs?
Artwork on stretched Wrapped Canvas and Framed Watercolor Art is shipped in a reinforced Artwork Shipper Box or a strong wooden Crate. Flat Rate shipping to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, is based on size and price, starting from $55 for small artwork.
What is your Return Policy?
Tatyana Zen is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of her art collectors! Now you can buy Original Art worry-free. You will have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep or return original artwork. Furthermore, you will have thirty (30) days to exchange your originals and prints. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I Return Original Art?
Yes, we fully guarantee that you will love your original painting! Now you can buy Original Art worry-free. You will have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep or return artwork. Furthermore, you will have thirty (30) days to exchange.
Can I return my Print?
Every Limited Edition and Fine Art print is made to order. We offer a 30-day exchange policy, where you can return the print for any reason within 30 days, and we will send you a different print as a replacement. If you wish to exchange your print, you are responsible for paying the return shipping, and the print must arrive in good condition for an exchange to be processed. We do not offer refunds on prints.

There are several ways you can purchase Tatyana’s artwork. This website will allow you to purchase original oil paintings and prints using a debit or credit card online securely through Paypal.
ART SHOWS
A great way to meet the artist in person is to visit her booth at one of the many art shows she attends. At the show you can compare various sizes and buy artwork either as stretched canvas or as rolled canvas for easy transportation in a heavy duty tube.
STUDIO
Be the first to see her latest artwork and dozens in progress! You may also make an appointment to visit Tatyana Zen’s studio located in Laguna Beach, CA.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We charge local Laguna Beach sales tax rate to all items shipped to California that are purchased through Tatyana Zen Art. Items purchased in other states at an art fair or gallery event will be charged the local sales tax rate for that city. If you purchase a painting that will be shipped to another state or out of the country, you will not be charged local sales tax. For example, if you purchase a painting online that is shipping to Scottsdale, Arizona, you would not be charged California sales tax.
Do you allow Tax Exempt purchase?
Yes, we allow tax-exempt purchases for all artwork with a valid Reseller’s Certificate. If you intend to resell the painting, as an interior decorator for example, you would just need to provide your reseller’s certificate form to be exempt from sales tax.
