You will have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep or return artwork. Furthermore, you will have thirty (30) days to exchange. Custom commissions, framed & matted watercolors and clearance items are Final Sales items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price and return shipping cost. Buyer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Buyer must email us within seven (7) calendar days about an intent to return the work and ship out the artwork ten (10) calendar days from the purchase date.
Outside of the 7-day return limit, you can exchange your artwork for any reason for a different artwork of equal or lesser value within thirty (30) calendar days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost . Once the artwork arrives back to the artist in its original condition, your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of return.
How to Return Original Art
Step 1 – Within seven (7) calendar days of your artwork delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work. You will receive an email with return instructions.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials. Ship the package back to us with full insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
Step 3 – Email email@example.com with your tracking number. Once the artwork safely arrives back to us, the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus restocking fee & shipping costs) within 7-10 business days from the date of return.
